1. Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery time is generally between 1 and 5 working days from the confirmation of the order, depending on product availability and the destination address.
For products that are in stock, shipping is carried out on the same day or on the next working day after the order confirmation.
For custom-made or personalized products, the delivery period may be extended up to 10–15 working days, and the customer will be informed in advance regarding this situation.
2. Delivery Methods
Products are delivered through the following methods:
Courier service, to the address provided by the customer in the order form;
Personal pickup from our office or warehouse (if available);
Digital delivery (via email or customer account), for digital products or services.
Our courier partners are carefully selected to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery across the country.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are displayed before completing the order and may vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the parcel.
For orders exceeding a certain value (for example, 250 RON), delivery may be free of charge, according to the active promotional campaigns at that time.
4. Delivery Conditions
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, any additional reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Upon receiving the parcel, the customer is requested to check the integrity of the package. If any damage is noticed, a report must be completed with the courier at the time of delivery.
