Return Policy – ViperX Solution SRL
At ViperX Solution SRL, we respect consumer rights in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.
Right of Withdrawal
Products purchased remotely can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to state a reason.
The return is at the customer’s expense, within 14 days from notifying the withdrawal.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method or via bank transfer (for cash-on-delivery orders).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in the same condition as delivered:
- in the original packaging, with intact labels,
- with all accessories and accompanying documents.
Returns will not be accepted for products that show:
- signs of excessive use,
- dents, scratches, shocks,
- physical alterations or unauthorized interventions.
⚠️ Breaking the manufacturer’s seal does NOT limit the right of return.
Products that CANNOT be Returned
- According to Art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, the following cannot be returned (unless sealed/unused):
- Software licenses;
- Consumables (batteries, printer cartridges, etc.);
- Customized or made-to-order products;
- Services (testing, installation, assembly, warranty extension);
- Products installed in unauthorized service centers.
Special Cases – Return Accepted at ViperX Solution’s Expense
- The product does not match the specifications on the website;
- The product is non-functional within the first 48h after delivery (it will be replaced immediately);
- The product arrived damaged (broken package – we recommend refusal upon delivery and a report with the courier);
- Incorrect product delivered.
Return Procedure
Notification:
Send your return request to: office@subsonic.ro or submit a written statement at the company’s office.
Shipment:
The product must be handed in personally or sent by designated courier within 14 days of notification.
Processing:
- product inspection,
- informing the customer of the decision,
- refund within 14 days.
Products Purchased Directly from Office / by Companies
Products purchased directly or by legal entities cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
These can be placed in custody for resale in store/online.
After resale, the amount will be transferred to the client within 48h.
Return Schedule at Office
Products can be returned in person, Monday – Friday, between 10:00 – 18:00.
👉 In all cases, products must be returned in the same condition they were received, with original packaging and accessories. Any damage or condition preventing resale will result in return refusal.
